Refund and Cancellation  Policy

At INSIGHTBridge, we strive to provide practical, high-impact training and tools for modern sales teams. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase or booking services.

 
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Toolkits, Downloadable Content)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources are final.

Once a digital product (such as an eBook, playbook, or toolkit) is delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit. This policy helps us protect the integrity of our intellectual property.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@insightbridge.com, and we’ll ensure you receive access to your purchase.

 
2. Live Training Programs & Workshops

We offer both public and private training programs, including cohort-style sessions and custom workshops. Our cancellation and refund terms vary based on delivery format:

a. Public (Open Enrollment) Training

  • Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the start of a scheduled session.

  • 50% refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of a session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the session or for no-shows

  • Registrants may request a one-time transfer to a future session if space is available

b. Private or Team-Based Workshops

  • Private sessions are contracted separately. Terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds will be outlined in the service agreement for that engagement.

 
3. Consulting Services

All consulting engagements (including strategy sessions, diagnostics, enablement projects, or retainers) are governed by separate contracts. Any cancellation or refund terms will be defined within that agreement.

Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the contract.

 
4. Subscription or Licensing Models (If Applicable)

If your organization purchases a subscription or license to use INSIGHTBridge materials or tools (e.g., internal LMS deployment), terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and renewal will be specified in the agreement. Please refer to your signed licensing terms for details.
